In Honor of the X-Files...
With the New X-Files Movie Opening Today. I thought that Fox Mulder has a nick name. They call him “Spooky Mulder.” Now I should’ve stated earlier that Scarlet introduced me to The X-files. I really only watched it very little. She is a giant fan. I tease her more then I should about the fact that She didn't cry once at or wedding. She did how ever cry when “The Lone Gunmen” died. Anyway, I thought that all the die hard fans should have nick names too. Therefore Scarlet’s new nick name is (dramatic pause) “Ominous Evans.” I got one to “Eerie Evans.” You can all laugh all you want because so are we. We are going to go see the Movie Today after work. I am sure Scarlet will let everyone know how it was.

It's been really quiet.
Scarlet come home tomorrow! I am very glad. She has been in Washington State visiting family. It sounds like she is having a great time with everyone. I got to stay home and keep an eye on things. Which was fine by me at this point. With traveling by plane costing so much now we could only send one. I got to teach a Sunday school lesson to the 15-16 years old group. It went rather well. So as you can see Life is no fun when Scarlet is gone.

Stupid mistake
I made a stupid mistake. I left my Laptop at work. I also left my test at work. that means No Shcool. I was in such a hurry to get out of there. I feel really stupid. It is nice not going today though. I am also in a little trouble. The Novel Scarlet is writing is on the Laptop. that means she can't write tonight. So i am in trouble for two reasons. Most Importanly of All It is my Mothers BIRTHDAY. Happy Birthday to my Mom. you wouldn't think a village idiot would have such a great mom, but I do. She is also proud of me. She has to be though because she is my mom. She is great and has help rasie a pretty good group of kids. she only got one idiot out of the bunch. I post how old she is,but i won't. I made the the idiot, but I am not stupid. thanks Mom for all you do. thanks for all the sacrifices. Tahnks for not killing me when i was a teenager. Your the best.

The Fourth was fun!
Yesterday was fun. I got to sleep in. I then had to hurry to get to the parade. It was good. It was over cast so it was only 92 to 96 degrees. It was great to be with Liz's family. The two kids got candy. I think Z is going to have to teach them how to be more aggressive. You know throw a few elbows, get pushy. I have been told he's good at that. We then had a BBQ at my parents. It was great to see my brother. I would see him more if his wife didn't hate us all so much. She was in great mood though, so we all had a good time. We had a friend with us for the Fourth. She is great company to have around. My family really enjoyed her too. Afterwards we made home made ice cream. I love that stuff. Then we rested a little. My extended family came to my parents to have ice cream later. It is always great to see everyone of them. We are all so close. I wish i knew spouses better. When i came home from my mission everyone was married. That was just one of the many things i hand to adjust to. It was weird. Everyone was so adult like. Anyway, we then went up to the fire works. We met ever body there. Z always make thing more entertaining. The fireworks were good. The announcer wanted everyone to sing happy b-day to America. i thought that was ridiculous. I am sure some people enjoyed it though. then we went back to my parents for some more fireworks. Then home finally. I just want to add again how great it was to see everyone. I don't get to see some people very often. I maybe a quiet person, but I enjoy everyone company.
